Discount Fee Explanation
As appraisers – our time is money. Homes come in all sizes, shapes and locals. To offer such a fee we need to limit our services to homes in Orange County that meet certain criteria.
Here is a list of our current $225 criteria as of 1/1/2011
Single family home meeting these conditions:
- CRITERIA
- Detached
- No HOA
- Value under $500,000 dollars
- Square footage under 2000 square feet
- Single story
- No pool
- Typical lot size in typical neighborhood
- CITIES
- Balboa
- Costa Mesa
- Garden Grove
- Huntington Beach
- Irvine
- Newport Beach
- Santa Ana
- Santa Ana Heights
- Tustin
All other jobs by bid or additional fee schedule.
