We use aircraft
As appraisers, we have found the best method to view larger or inaccessible properties is by aircraft. We are pilots and have aircraft at our disposal for aerial photographs and surveys, litigation purposes, long range property or comparable inspection and the various additional reasons an appraiser would need such a tool.
Appraisers have requested our flying services to locate desert properties and mountain properties that need to be appraised. There is no better viewpoint for an appraiser than a low flying aircraft or helicopter.
